Problema de subida de vídeos a Youtube

Estoy editando mi vídeo con el windows movie maker que venía de serie con el xp, le pongo una canción (See who i am de Within Temptation), y lo publico. Entonces me salta youtube con que estoy infringiendo derechos de autor y me deja sin sonido el vídeo.

El problema es: ¿Cómo consiguo que youtube no me reconozca la canción? ¿Se guía de la propia música o lo ve por sus propiedades?

Eso hay muchas maneras de comprobarlo tarde o temprano se acaba sabiendo que música usas, lo que puedes hacer es juntar dos músicas en una estilo, pones de principio una música diferente luego la música que quieres y de final otra música, eso contaría como que has echo un remix con lo cual no inflige derechos de autor, además pon los nombres de las músicas usadas etc.

Pero entonces como demonios suben las canciones con sus letras algunos? Tipo de buscas la letra de cualquier cancion, y aparece la cancion (por muy famosa que sea) sin ninguna censura.

Aunque seguire tu consejo y metere alguna intro o algo asi, gracias.
